What are Mentoring Circles?
- Mentoring circles are generally comprised of a small group of mentees with one-two co-mentors
- “Circle groups” meet regularly over a specified period of time
- The MIT 2019 RA Circle Mentoring Program (Year One) was comprised of participants from all 5 MIT Schools as well as the Office of the Vice President for Finance and the Office of the Vice President for Research
- Mentees in 2019 were comprised of both support staff and staff in research administration across MIT.
