Below are reports intended to aid Assistant Deans and department administrators in tracking both proposals created by a DLC but not yet routed as well as proposals which have begun the routing process.
These reports require Touchstone login.
Proposals Not Yet Routed - Proposals with a defined deadline date will appear on this report when a DLC Aggregator creates a proposal in Kuali Coeus. Proposals are sorted by School, Unit, and deadline. Once routed by a DLC Aggregator, the proposal will appear on the "Routed Proposals" report (see below).
Proposals Routed by a DLC Aggregator - Proposals will appear on this report when a proposal has been routed by a DLC Aggregator. Users can track the current reviewer of their proposals.
