No. NSF will offer a new project reporting service on Research.gov which implements the RPPR format, replacing NSF’s annual, interim, and final project reporting capabilities in the FastLane System. The project reporting service will provide a common portal for the research community to manage and submit annual, interim, and final progress reports as well as Project Outcomes Reports.
As of February 1, 2013 NSF stopped accepting new project reports through FastLane and they will completely transfer all project reporting from FastLane to Research.gov on March 18, 2013. To assist the community with this transition, the overdue date will be extended for all project reports that are currently scheduled to become overdue between January 31 and April 30, 2013.
Project reports that are prepared in FastLane prior to February 1, but are not submitted, may need to be re-entered in Research.gov.
