Accounts
- Fall and spring RA tuition subsidy is charged to the department’s RA Tuition Account 17XXXXX.
- Summer RA tuition subsidy is charged to the Institute’s Account 1732200.
Documentation
The DLCI should document:
- Name of the student
- Student’s percent of effort
- Period of the effort on the project
- Total amount of the subsidy provided during that period.
The DLCIs must send cost sharing documentation for a graduate student RA tuition subsidy to Sponsored Accounting (VPF) in accordance with sponsor requirements, or at least annually.
