Kuali Coeus Route Log

After a DLCI Aggregator has routed a proposal, the Route Log will show the approval routing map and the real-time approval status of the proposal.

View the Route Log

1. From the KC home page, access your proposal by clicking on Search for Proposals and then selecting view from the search results.   
2. Once in the proposal, select “Summary/Submit” from the left Navigation panel.
3. In the Proposal Summary tab, select View Route Log to display the Route Log window.
4. In Future Action Requests section of the Route Log window, click Show to view all future routing stops for this proposal.
5. To display delegated/alternate approvers for a routing stop, click Show in that stop's row. 

Approvers in the Route Log

• KC approval routing maps are not updated with the name of the assigned RAS approver until proposal is received by RAS (after it has been approved at previous levels in the process either with initial routing or re-routing of a proposal). 
• Approvers may appear out of order prior to proposal routing, but will display correct order of Approvers after proposal routes.
