Research Security Training: Actions for Research Administrators

Accelerated Subaward Invoice Payment Process, Effective September 15th

NIH Salary Cap Increase Effective January 1, 2025

The Executive Level II salary cap previously set at $221,900 increased to $225,700 effective January 1, 2025. Institutions can re-budget, where appropriate, salaries at the Executive Level II level on existing awards.

Graduate Student Tuition Charging: Spring 2025 Update and Tools

Starting in the spring 2025 term, research assistant (RA) tuition is no longer calculated on a daily basis. Tuition will post monthly throughout the term, following the registrar's proration schedule, rather than as a lump sum at the beginning of the term.

NIH Common Forms Implementation Postponed

NIH is postponing its adoption of the Biographical Sketch Common Form and the Current and Pending (Other) Support Common Form. Until new implementation details are announced, use current NIH Biosketch and Other Support format pages for applications, Just-in-Time (JIT) and RPPRs.
